35. City Personnel Required to Perform On-Call/Stand-by as Part of their Duty Requirements
PURPOSE
This policy is intended to establish a (20) twenty minute response time for On-Call/Standby Personnel after they have been notified of problems requiring call out. If response time is not met, reasons will be discussed and/or documented.
This policy will be given to all department heads and posted by the time clocks.
