25. Additional Requirements for Submitting Plats to the City of Hillsboro
BACKGROUND
Requirements for filing preliminary and final plats are outlined in the City’s Subdivision Regulations.
PURPOSE
To avoid unnecessary conflicts between the City and potential developers.
POLICY
All plats are to be sent to the City’s engineer (as designated by the governing body) prior to approval of the plat by the Hillsboro Planning Commission.
