The purpose of this policy is to insure the refunding of utility deposits on a routine basis.
After completing twelve months without a delinquent or missed payment, utility customers shall be entitled to the return of their utility deposit. The deposit shall be returned with any interest accrued as prescribed by the Kansas Corporation Commission.
The utility deposit shall be turned as soon as practicable upon the completion of twelve months without incident.
