The City of Hillsboro, Kansas maintains the appropriate documentation as required by state and federal regulations. Record Retention Schedules provide a guideline for when to destroy records that are no longer required.

Record Retention Schedules have been developed for the following departments and divisions of the City of Hillsboro. The City of Hillsboro recognizes that additional Schedules may be needed in the future.
