This policy is intended to encourage insurance companies and/or owners to remove wrecked/stored vehicles from the City shop impound area as soon as possible.
A $10.00 per day, per vehicle impound fee shall be imposed on any vehicle stored in the City shop area. Towing charges will also be assessed to the owner. The City of Hillsboro shall also be held harmless for any liability occurring as a result of the storage of these vehicles.
