The staff of the City of Hillsboro is hereby directed to make audio and/or video recordings of city council meetings and various boards or ·commissions of the city, and to keep such recordings for 30 days following each meeting.
Tapes of meetings prior to the date of this policy that are archived will be destroyed. Tapes generated after the effective date of this policy may be destroyed or reused after the 30 day period. Exemptions may be made of certain public hearings.
