The purpose of this program is to perform a job safety analysis of the individual city-controlled shop areas.
The analysis will be performed on a monthly basis, and will be conducted by supervisory and non-supervisory personnel.
The employee safety committee will review each analysis on a monthly basis. Memorandums containing deficiencies will be generated by the city administrator.
Each analysis will remain on file for six months.
