The purpose of this policy is to eliminate inconsistencies in who is or is not included in the invitations of employees to City social functions, and in the purchase of Christmas gifts.
The following guidelines shall be followed in the administration of this program:
The following will be invited to the Christmas party:
A. All full time employees and their spouse or guest
B. The meter reader, custodian, museum coordinator and spouse or guest
C. The Governing Body members and spouses or guests, including the city attorney
Christmas gifts will not exceed $50.00 and will be chosen by the city administrator and city clerk. Christmas gifts will be given to the following:
A. All full time employees
B. The meter reader, custodian, and museum coordinator
C. The Governing Body
