Inconsistencies were found in the City’s utility billing process regarding who pays and who does not pay for street lights benefiting private property.
It is the purpose of this policy to clearly state the City’s position regarding street lighting that benefits private property and the charge thereof.
Any individual or business owner who wishes to have a street light that benefits private property shall pay a monthly charge as follows:
