To allow the city to collect delinquent bills through the State of Kansas Set-off Program and provide for an administration fee for doing so.
1. When three attempts have been made to collect a delinquent bill from the City of Hillsboro, the proper information will be sent to the State Set-off Program for potential collection.
2. An administrative fee of $25.00 will be added to the delinquent bill.
