The following guidelines shall be followed in the administration of this program:
The City of Hillsboro will give a $10.00 credit to residential customers (only) who put up outside Christmas lights. The sign up period will be at city hall from December 1 through December 15th. The lights are to be up at the time the customer signs up for the rebate. The credit will be applied to the utility bill that is dated February 1st.
